Where do I even start. Emma and I started as bestfriends in highschool, cheering together, spent every weekend together, and especially making sure both of our cars made it around town (if you know you know). We talked about the day she got married like it was going to happen every weekend. Being her maid of honor is making our little high school dreams come true. For two humans to come together like these two, I could not be more supportive. From the day I first met him, eating all of the salsa and chips at his party, I knew he’d keep Emma (and me) happy and fed. Cheers to a life filled with food, gains, and laughter.

Emma and I met in high school. Not only were we cheerleaders together, but she was also my neighbor! I will never forget the days where Emma had to wait in my driveway for me to come out so she can take me to school. I’ll never forget walking to her house with a bowl of cereal because I ran out of milk. That’s just the relationship we had. To this day, Emma’s name in my phone is “Mom #2”. Emma and her family became Family to me, and I will always cherish those days. Emma is one of those people in my life that I know will always be there. We can go months without seeing each other, but when we do, it’s like no time has passed between us. We will be in our 90s sending each other hilarious videos and old vines. I’m so honored to be a part of her bridal party and to be there as support on her big day! Cheers!!

Hi! I’m Kayla :) I am a registered nurse at MetroHealth in the labor and delivery unit. I like to travel, be outdoors & hangout with friends and family. I am thrilled to be apart of Emma and Austin’s wedding party to help celebrate their big day! I can thank Cleveland State University for introducing me to Emma and Austin. I met them both my junior year of college, when Emma and I became roommates. Austin would come over to hangout with Emma (me too of course) and during this time I got to know Austin to be a a very caring, sweet and hilarious person! I could just tell these two were a perfect match for each other and clicked so well! Emma and I became very close over our college years enduring nursing school together, to now being RNs at the same hospital. She is my go to girl, who is always there for me no matter what! Emma and I both love being spontaneous & living life to the fullest; and I believe this is why our friendship is so strong! I am so happy these two found each other. I couldn’t be happier for them!

My name is Kate Weaver. I have known Emma since junior year of college when I started Nursing school. I met her through our mutual friend Evan at an American Horror Story watch party. Evan had told me he had a friend also in the nursing program and I was super excited to meet her. Ever since that day I have loved spending time with Emma. She’s always been so thoughtful and helpful throughout our time in nursing school. I knew Emma worked at Metro, but I never knew which unit. I started my first day on the unit and Emma was there. It was the best surprise for a first day a person could ask for. Emma ended up orienting me on my first day as an intern when it was her last day before she became a nurse. Kinda crazy, right? I can always count on her to help me out when one of my patients is a mess and to give me general guidance. Also, she’s my favorite person to go to Knoxville Tennessee with to visit Evan. I’m just very excited for her and Austin to get married and be a part of this celebration. Cheers!

I was coming on to my shift for the night at work. My patient then said they were so happy I was back (I had never seen them before). That's when I realized they were getting Emma the new nurse intern and myself confused. I heard from a coworker she looked similar and had a similar personality. After multiple occurrences of this happening I finally got to meet her. I was instantly drawn to her, she was empathetic, a warm soul, big hearted, funny and loud. My future bestie right there. She talked about Austin, her friends, mom, grandma, brother, dog. School.... and our conversions just flowed, and they still continue to this day. Even during the pandemic we would sit next to each other in our own cars and call eachother on the phone just to be close and see eachother. I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive and loving human in my life, and blessed to be apart of one of the most special days of her life.

Emma was among my very first best friends in college. After we met, we immediately became besties and went on to spend many evenings gossiping while sitting on the crusty Fenn Tower carpet until the wee hours of the night. When spending time with Emma early on, I became obsessed with her positive energy, her sense of humor, and, of course, her music taste. Over the years, we continued to make so many lovely memories being fraternity brothers (PSP 4 life), making late night fast food runs (Taco Bell and McDonald’s in the same evening, baby!), taking impromptu trips to Columbus, conquering parties at 2320, going to concerts, and, more recently, taking on the dirty streets of Knoxville! I’ve also had the joy of getting to know Austin over the years, who is always so fun to hang with at social gatherings and who often graciously accommodated mine and Emma’s late night McDanks cravings. I’ve really enjoyed watching Emma and Austin’s relationship blossom over the years and am just so excited to be part of and witness their magical wedding!

Fast forward to our junior year of college, as roommates and best friends, we met this girl named Emma. What we didn't know was one of us met the love of their life, and like destiny, Austin had the chance to meet his better half.

A little bit about myself: I’m from Honduras and work as an production engineer at a small town in GA. My favorite things to do is spend time with Liz, my girlfriend, play with my two cats Ember and Luna, and play video games. I know Austin from hanging out with Will and quickly became friends. All three of us became roommates after a while and went to a lot of college parties. In one of them we met Emma and we all started to hang out together. Ever since, they have become my best friends, and can count on all 3 of them for anything. Austin is big papi GaINz and Emma is my medical 911. I wish them the best, to the best.
