Alyssa and Vanessa are cousins, but sisters at heart! They have been on numerous adventures together spanning from East Coast to West Coast . Road trips and camping trips. Vanessa has visited Alyssa multiple times in Alaska. When Alyssa comes home to visit, they make sure to get together! Vanessa is Alyssa's son, Finnley's God Mother and will be a Ring Bearer. Vanessa is honored to have her best friend by her side on her Wedding Day!

Matt and Logan met in the 1st grade. When they first met Logan quickly realized he did not care for Matt. In 9th grade their paths crossed again and from there forward Matt was Logan's best friend and still is to this day. They enjoy hunting, fishing and blowing shit up.
Maddy Simondet

Maddy and Vanessa met while volunteering with a local rescue. They both share a love of cats! When Cafe Meow in Minneapolis opened, they were one of the first to go and visit! They also enjoy going to concerts together! Maddy is expecting her first child the week before the wedding, so fingers crossed she has a smooth birth and can attend the wedding! Her baby boy may just be the youngest at the wedding!

Cory and Logan have known each other since 2007 and have worked numerous jobs together. They currently both work at Virnig Manufacturing. Cory is the reason Logan and Vanessa met. Cory saw Vanessa on a dating website, Plenty of Fish. He told Logan that he found the PERFECT girl for him. That night, after working a 12 hour shift, Logan went home and created a profile. The next day while Logan was on lunch break, he noticed he had a message from, Vanessa. He turned to Cory and said, "Is this who you wanted me to message?" How Vanessa found Logan first living 68 miles has to be a miracle!
Lauren Marklowitz

Vanessa and Lauren met through one of Lauren's brothers. Lauren and Jenna are sisters. Vanessa enjoys spending time at Lauren & Jenna's parents farm. Sitting outside, soaking up the sun, sitting by fires are a few of the things she loves at the farm! Lauren and Vanessa share a love of cats! When Vanessa lived in Princeton, Lauren would check on Vanessa's cats when she was gone for long periods of time.
Josh Melcher

Josh is Vanessa's brother, Logan's soon to be brother-in-law. They have spent many hours stripping wire for scrap (Josh's hobby.) You will always find these 2 talking at family get together's. They have been on numerous Lake of the Woods fishing trips together. They both hope many more of these fishing trips to come! Logan hopes to go ice fishing and spearing this coming winter with Josh!

Lisa and Vanessa met while attending college at Minnesota State University Mankato. They met Freshman year and roomed together their senior year. They both were in a National Honor Society at college and got to travel to Texas for a conference. They enjoy drinking fancy drinks and hanging out by the water! Ideally, they try and go to an outdoor concert every year, but have also been to indoor concerts. Invite credit goes to Lisa as she designed them for Vanessa!

Chad is Logan's older cousin. Growing up they spent a lot of time together. They spent many weekends together 4-wheeling and going out having drinks. They have many stories together that they will take to the grave with them!

Vanessa and Jenna met through one of Jenna's brothers. Jenna and her family have become close friends of Vanessa's. Vanessa even has the honor of being a God Parent to Jenna's third child, Austin. Austin is a ring bearer in the wedding!

Logan met Mark through his cousin Chad. They worked together at Rice Creek Game Farm cleaning customer's pheasants. Mark, Chad and Logan have spent many hours in the garage drinking beer. They both enjoy hunting and fishing.
Ryan Sjoquist

Logan met Ryan in the mid 2000's when his sister brought him home as her boyfriend. Logan was a little unsure at first. In 2012 he married Logan's sister and became an official member of the family. Logan looks forward to ice fishing trips and time at the camper with Ryan.

Amanda is Logan's sister. We have the pleasure of having Amanda's two daughters, Lyla and Cora, as flower girl's in the wedding! Logan & Vanessa enjoy spending time at the camper with Amanda and her family.
Brandon Vogt

Brandon and Logan met through a mutual friend, Matt. They enjoy going to Brandon's hunting shack in Northern MN. These 3 can get into a lot of trouble if unsupervised! Logan was in such a hurry to go ice fishing that he forgot one of the most critical items....an ice auger. Thankfully, Brandon lives on the way to the lake, so Logan swung in and borrowed Brandon's ice auger. They enjoy hunting, fishing and blowing shit up. together.
Forrest Melcher

Forrest is Vanessa's cousin. They first met at Forrest's wedding, that Logan invited himself to as Vanessa did not have a plus one. Left unsupervised, these 2 will dent Premiere Pontoons with water balloons. Of course the boat they decided to wing a balloon at was a pontoon full of old ladies. And boy, were they not happy to have a dent! Logan enjoys spending time with Forrest while they are at their families cabins and hope to do a lot of Bass and Musky fishing in the years to come!
Natalie Melcher

Natalie is Vanessa's Cousin-in-law, Forrest's wife. They just had the cutest little baby boy, Holden! Vanessa enjoys hanging out with Natalie and her family at their parent's cabin's on Lake Vermilion. Vanessa is so excited to know that she can count on Natalie to help the wedding go smoothly!
