Logan and Trisha first matched on Hinge—yes, one of the many apps millennials use to find true love. Now, Logan didn’t exactly have a ton of photos, but Trisha, decided to reach out. Logan, being eager to keep the conversation going, quickly added Trisha on Instagram. And voilà! They discovered they had mutual friends—none other than Sam and Adam Snook. So, while they won’t be getting royalties from Hinge anytime soon, let’s just say Sam and Adam played Cupid, unknowingly acting as their matchmakers. Their first date was nothing short of memorable: Trisha managed to spill beer on herself (classic), and Logan won at many hands of Cribbage—something that, frankly, has rarely happened since! Now, here’s the funny part. Neither of them are exactly known for being spontaneous. But, in a surprising twist of fate, just 2 ½ months into dating, they found ourselves on a plane to Costa Rica. While there, a group of Michiganders asked Trisha to blink twice if she was okay. You really start to get to know somebody at the tail end of Covid, when no one truly wants to talk to anyone else for fear of becoming positive! From there, Logan and Trisha moved in together, Logan became a dog dad he didn’t know he wanted to be, and the rest? Well, it’s history.
