WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
Please RSVP by September 1, 2025. If an RSVP is not received by this date, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend our special day. We have to be able to provide an accurate guest count to our vendors so we are unable to take any late RSVPs.

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
A QR code will be provided to you on your invitation. Please scan the QR code. You will be able to submit your RSVP from there.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
You can bring a plus one if it has been included on your wedding invitation. We are only able to include as many plus ones as our budget allows.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT ST. PHILOMENA PARISH FOR THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 1pm. Please arrive between 12:30pm and 12:45pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Answer
We have included children on wedding invitations. We are only able to include as many children as our budget allows.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
Answer
We encourage you to wear elegant and formal attire. For women, floor length, midi length, or mini length dresses are perfect for our special day. Men can wear a button up shirt and tie or a traditional suit. However, a traditional suit is not required.

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be available from the Holiday Inn in East Peoria at 3:30pm-4:30pm to transport you to Venue Chisca for the cocktail hour and reception. Following the reception, the shuttle will be available to transport you from Venue Chisca back to the Holiday Inn in East Peoria from 11:30pm-12:30am. If transportation is missed, you will be responsible for your own transporation. Please do not drink and drive.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTAL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Please visit the "Accommodations" page of our wedding website for information regarding our hotel recommendations and hotel room blockings set in place.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS TO THE COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION?
Answer
No. Food and drinks will be provided. Please do not bring in any outside food or drinks.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
We will be providing an open bar; however, only certain drinks will be on us! Please drink on us! We just ask that everyone be respectful and responsible.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?
Answer
We are so sorry that you are unable to make it! Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We want to be able to provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Absolutely! Please reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.
