You can RSVP right here on the website! There is a tab listed for RSVPs. Simply search for your name and select whether or not you will be able to attend.
We ask that all guests RSVP no later than October 18th. Thank you!
While "cocktail attire" is listed for the dress code, we will not be strictly enforcing that. Please feel free to wear anything you deem "nice enough to wear to church" but also "comfortable enough to party in". Dark and moody colors are also encouraged. All we hope for is simply for you to be dressed nicely for some beautiful photos. As the wedding and reception will occur outdoors in the wonderful state of Tennessee, we do also encourage you to dress warm or bring some layers, as it may be a little chilly. However, further accommodations may be provided if the need should arise.
The ceremony will begin at 2pm Central Time. We recommend arriving between 1:30 and 1:45 to allow yourself time to park and find a seat.
During the ceremony, immediate family members will find assigned seats in the front rows. However, the reception will have no assigned seating, so sit at whichever table you please.
There are plenty of wonderful hotels in the nearby Springfield and Nashville areas. Some of those include: the Holiday Inn Express on Highway 41 in Springfield and the Hampton Inn on 22nd Avenue in Springfield.
Just bring your lovely selves! While we appreciate any gifts, your attendance is our utmost priority. If you do choose to offer us a gift, please feel free to see our registry here on the website. Any in-person gifts can be put in the care of our lovely hostess, Deanna.
We ask that you please leave all photos and videos during the ceremony to our lovely photographer and the designated video personnel. However, during cocktail hour and the reception, all guests are welcome to document the day as you see fit.
Post-ceremony, there will be some light snacks available to all guests. If you have dietary restrictions, or even if you just want to, you are more than welcome to bring other things to snack on/eat. Dinner will be served shortly after the official beginning of the reception.
Yes! The bride and groom will be providing some wine and beer for the reception. However, if you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcome to do so.
While we will be having an earlier ceremony and reception, please feel free to stay as long as you like. As the bride and groom will likely be dancing the night away, we encourage any guests to leave as you please. We will keep in touch and all guests will receive "thank yous" for attending upon our return from the honeymoon.
