Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress in garden party attire, featuring light fabrics, florals, and soft seasonal tones suited for a late-summer celebration. As the dance floor is outdoors, we recommend footwear appropriate for grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving about 15 minutes before the ceremony so you can get settled. The ceremony will start promptly at the scheduled time, and seats won’t be available once it begins. Don’t miss a moment!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue with space for about 75 cars, so there should be plenty of room. For ease of access and to make things smoother for everyone, we recommend carpooling when possible. Guests who need extra convenience can also drop off just steps from the ceremony space, while all parking is only a short walk away. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further instruction or clarification for accessible access to the venue.

Our RSVPs will open right on this website when invitations are sent. We kindly ask that you RSVP by 8/1/26. If you need a little extra time due to a special situation, please reach out to us directly so we can work it out. Thank you for helping us plan smoothly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

During the RSVP process, we’ll ask for any information about allergies or dietary needs. If you need to update this after submitting your RSVP, please reach out to Sara. She has a severe allergy herself and will make sure everyone’s needs are accommodated safely.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we are not planning transportation from the hotels to the ceremony. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for a convenient way to get to the venue.
