3:50pm—Pickup at the Lookout. Meet the driver by the lower pool on Bighorn. Drivers will make multiple trips as needed, so if you miss the first shuttle or it’s full, stick around a few minutes. The ceremony doesn't officially start until after 5, so you have plenty of time! 4:10pm—Pickup at Lakeside, at top of driveway outside lobby. The ceremony doesn't officially start until after 5, so you have plenty of time! 9:30pm—For whoever wants to go home early, shuttles available in the Karma parking lot to take guests home to either Lakeside Lodge or The Lookout 10:30pm—Following the reception, shuttles will be available to bring guests to either Lakeside, the Lookout, or the afterparty downtown. Late—Whenever the party wraps up, shuttles will be available to bring you back to the Lookout or Lakeside. If staying at the Lookout, give the driver your house #.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
June in Chelan can be on the warmer side, especially during the day, so plan accordingly with lightweight, breezy fabric, and maybe something to layer with when the sun goes down. The venue isn't overly formal, so think midi or wrap dresses or dressy jumpsuits with comfortable wedges, heeled sandals, etc. For men, button down shirts and breathable pants. Ties and jackets not required.
A shuttle will be provided to and from Lakeside Lodge & Suites (our hotel block) and the Lookout housing community. See schedule above. The Karma trolley will bring everyone up to the ceremony site to mingle, enjoy the view, a welcome drink & charcuterie before the ceremony, which will begin at 5:30.
5:45 pm - 10:30 pm
Following the ceremony, the trolley will shuttle everyone back down to the winery for cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and dessert. See above for shuttle schedules!
10:30 pm
Our shuttle will provide transportation to the bar around 10:30pm. At the end of the night, it will provide rides back to the Lakeside Lodge & Suites (our hotel block) and the Lookout housing community. Whenever the party winds down, shuttles will be available to take you back to the Lookout or Lakeside Lodge & Suites.
