Honestly, this doesn't need much explaining besides the fact that Mackenzie is truly, 100%, my best friend. When Patrick and I first met, Patrick would constantly talk about how close Mackenzie and I were, he didn't understand how we would have something to talk about every single day. (We actually face-timed each other almost every single night of 2021 planning her wedding) There is just something so special about our bond that I can't even explain, and I simply could not imagine not having Mackenzie right next to me on my wedding day. Watch out people...at her wedding I was the one crying...it's your turn now Kenzie.

Thomas Gunter

Best Man

I knew Thomas was going to be my best man from the day my parents told me I was having a little brother...kidding. I didn't know what a best man was at the age of 6, but as I started to get older I realized that it was important to me to have him standing by my side on the most important day of my life. Though there is an age difference, it didn't effect our relationship growing up, and because of that, I am so grateful. I can not wait for Thomas to be the cool uncle to Logan and I's kids one day, and to play wiffa ball in the yard, like him and I did, growing up.

When Patrick and I first started dating and I found out he had an older sister, I was so excited, and as Patrick and I got more serious I eventually knew that Megan was going to be someone I wanted by my side on my wedding day. Megan, Patrick and I would spend countless nights out by the fire talking about school, work, future jobs, apartments, and much more, and eventually our relationship started to grow. With Megan working on the NICU, and me working on a Labor and Delivery unit, there is always something for us to talk about. Ultimately, I knew my day wouldn't feel complete if I didn't have Megan by my side! She is so special to both Patrick and I!

Morgan Wood

Our Something Blue

Morgan has been a such a close friend over the past few years. We met when going to school to get our CST, and continued our friendship throughout. We now work together on the Labor and Delivery unit and get to spend a lot of time hanging out. I was trying to find a way to include Morgan, as we just wanted family in our wedding party, and I thought, what better way, than to have her as my something blue. So, when you see Morgan in a beautiful blue dress, thats why!
