- Shuttles start taking guests to the venue from Ponte Vineyard Inn at 4:00 pm
- Pre-ceremony reception begins at 4:30
- Ceremony starts *promptly* at 5:30 pm
- Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing to follow
- Return shuttles begin at 11:15 pm
