How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click on the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will also be including a paper RSVP with the formal invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

In order to avoid being marked as "not attending", please RSVP by January 2nd 2026. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide exact guest counts to our venue & vendors by a particular date, and they will not accept late RSVP's.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited to our wedding. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if we have accounted for a plus one to join you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception a adults-only event, with the exceptions of immediate family. We encourage guests to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! While we will not be enforcing any strict dress code, we are hoping for a semi-formal event! Ladies, this includes any dresses or paired separates; and gentlemen, this includes dress pants and dress shirts. As a reminder, it may be chilly outside for the ceremony, so dress appropriately!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is beginning promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive NO LATER THAN 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. You are welcome to arrive earlier, this will give you time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. Once the ceremony has started, you will be asked to wait until cocktail hour to enter.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer to capture our day. We ask that you refrain from using your phone during the ceremony, as we would like you to be fully present as we say " I do". After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures/videos as you would like!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be indoors at the same location. Please dress appropriately for the short time we will be outside!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting an open bar for the first 3 hours of our day. After this time, we will be having a cash bar. Our bartenders are here to serve you all night! Credit cards are accepted.

Do you have any recommendations on where to stay?

Answer

We are so lucky to have guests traveling from all over the U.S. to celebrate us! Our venue is located just north of Fresno, CA. Please see the travel tab for more information!
