FAQs

Question

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

We hope to have all invites sent out by early-September. That being said, we kindly ask that you please RSVP by October 31st!

Question

AM I INVITED TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We have chosen to exchange our vows in an intimate ceremony with our closest family and friends at our church. Because the church has very limited seating, we are only able to accommodate a small group for the service itself. If you are joining us for the ceremony, you will find a specific 'Ceremony' insert tucked into your formal invitation with the address and start time. Regardless, we truly cannot wait to celebrate our first hours as a married couple with all of our favorite people at the reception!

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with all of your little ones, our guest count is very limited by our venue's capacity. Because of this, we are only able to host a small number of children. You will see their name(s) on your invite if we were able to include them on this special day—we hope you can understand!

Question

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Answer

While we want everyone to have a fantastic time ringing in the New Year, please note that any outside alcohol anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited by our venue’s liquor license. We appreciate your help in following this rule so we can keep the fun going all night long—don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of drinks ready for you at the bar to toast to 2027!

Question

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

For those joining us at the church: We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early to find your seat and get settled. For those joining us at the reception: Cocktail hour begins at TBD, followed by dinner at TBD. You have a bit more wiggle room here, so feel free to arrive anytime during the cocktail hour to grab a drink and mingle before we all sit down for dinner! A Note on Wisconsin Winter Travel: Since we are ringing in 2027 in the heart of winter, please keep an eye on the weather and allow for extra travel time. Wisconsin roads can be unpredictable in late December, and we want everyone to arrive safely.
