Logan and Lisa feel so blessed for their love story. We met on November 17, 2018 at the annual 5K Manasquan Turkey Trot. Lisa was running the race with her brother Brian and Logan hopped in the race the last mile with jeans and Vans on ( typical.) After the race, Lisa and her girlfriends went to the Salty Whale for the after party. After enjoying a few Miller Lites, Lisa went into the Salty Whale to use the restroom. As she was standing on line she looked over to her right and saw Logan standing there with his brown beanie on laughing with friends. Lisa looked at some random woman in line and said, " Oh my goodness...WHOOOO IS THAT?!" Lisa went back outside and met up with her girlfriends who were talking to Dylan ( Logan's friend.) Logan then comes walking toward Lisa and Lisa looks at Logan and says " Wow! Your eyes are beautiful. Logan responds, Wow your beautiful. All of our friends became silent and responded " AWWW!!!" After the initial interaction, Lisa and Logan's first conversation was about travel, leaves, and Modern surfboards. The next day Lisa called her mom and said, " I think found my person." Logan asked Lisa to hangout the following week and the first date lasted over 9 hours : Logan met our family dog Max , my mom, we went to Mantoloking beach, ate at Raw Poke, Last Wave Brewery, stopped at CVS to get Pineapple chapstick and had a hysterical laughing fit ( don't ask why), then stopped home to get PJ's on for the movies (which ended up being sold out.) After our first AMAZING date, we took our relationship fairly slow because knew this was something special. In between the official "boyfriend/girlfriend" talk we went on a road trip to VT and rang in the New Year with Led Zeppelin playing, snow falling, & illuminating stars . On January 7th Logan asked for me to be his girlfriend and on February 8th, Logan told me he was inlove with me. The story continues from then to now. We are so happy to share our story with all of you.
