During cocktail hour, please find the menu card with your name on it and sign up for a dinner table! There will be a variety of hors d'oeuvres available as well as cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
5:00 pm
Dinner will be seated and served restaurant-style! There is no pre-assigned seating, just a sign-up sheet available during cocktail hour that allows you to choose your table (and dinner companions!).
When your table is called, hand us the dinner card you picked up during cocktail hour and your meal will be cooked to order. ~~Menu~~ The Country Club (GF) - Steak au poivre, mashed potatoes, and asparagus (Dairy-free option available) Southern Roots (GF) - 1/2 chicken with succotash on a polenta cake with bbq sauce (Dairy-free option available) Hook, Line & Sinker - Pecan-crusted rainbow trout with sauteed spinach over wild rice (Dairy-free and Gluten free options available) The Whitest Wijaranarong (GF, V) -Thai green curry with vegetables served over white rice and a side of tofu or chicken satay The Picky Pasta - Can be modified for any diet! Your choice of pasta, sauce, protein, and vegetable Just Kiddin' Around - Kids meal of mac & cheese, steamed veggies, and chicken tenders
