We’re getting married!

I guess you could say it was love at first sight! Logan and I were working at an after school program, working at different buildings until one day our buildings combined. As soon as we saw each other, Logan turned to his friend and asked him who I was, and at the same moment I had turned to my friend to ask her who Logan was. Neither of us talked to each other that day and went on with our lives. A few months later we were able to reconnect and started dating. Logan asked me on a date to a local restaurant in Spearfish and asked me to be his girlfriend in April of 2018. A few months later we moved in together. We then both graduated college from Black Hills State in 2019. After graduating, we both were able to accept our first teaching jobs in Lusk, Wyoming in 2020. Soon after we accepted our jobs we bought our first house in Lusk. The July before we started teaching, we took a trip to Colorado to do some shopping for our new home. One of the nights, Logan mentioned to me that he had a surprise for me in the morning. We woke up in the morning and headed to the surprise. It ended up being a hot air balloon ride! Towards the end of the ride Logan got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife and of course I said yes! We are so excited to spend the rest of our lives together, were we will have many more adventures in our lives to come.
