Pensacola Airport (PNS) is the airport we usually fly into, however, Mobile (MOB) is another option that is around the same distance from Gulf Shores. Additionally, there is a commercial airport in Gulf Shores (GUF), however, it is more limited in flight routes.
You will definitely need a car, the airports have rentals and we have had success with using Turo locally.
