What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. The earliest we would prefer guests to arrive is 3:00 PM. This will give everyone plenty of time to park on site and find a seat.

Are the events indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held in a pavilion. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. If the weather does not cooperate, there is an on-site backup option so that everyone can be comfortable!

What should I wear?

Answer

Suggested dress code attire is semi-formal or dressy casual. Our main concern is that you wear something you're comfortable in!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. During the ceremony, we wish for cell phones and personal cameras to be stored. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photographs as you'd like. And don't forget to share them with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a limited selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage choices. However, the venue does allow guests to BYOB (as long as it's not glass) if they wish.

How should I plan to get home after the reception?

Answer

Although our venue is located just outside of Jefferson City, the location is in rural Missouri. The venue coordinator has told us that cell signal can be spotty and therefore relying on Uber is not an option. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles at the venue over night no problem. Please plan accordingly so that you can celebrate with us and get home safe and sound.
