For Women: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy skirts/blouses Optional Western touches: boots, fringe, patterns, statement jewelry, hats, denim accents For Men: Dress shirts, dress or denim pants, suits (ties optional) Optional Western touches: bolo ties, boots, pearl snaps, blazers, hats If this style isn't you, wear what you feels right! We want everyone to feel celebratory, comfortable, and expressive.
Kindly RSVP by Wednesday, August 20th. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by August 20th, we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send a final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.
We love your little ones! However, because our immediate family has an abundance of children, we ask that you only bring your little ones if they are addressed on your invite/RSVP as we can only accommodate so many people. We encourage you to utilize this as a date night and thank you for your understanding!
Due to limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. If you are unsure if you have a plus one, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have one! We want everyone to share in the celebration, and we will ensure that you will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at Chapel Road Retreat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, cocktail hour at 5pm, and the reception at 6pm. There will be a sparkler send-off at 9:30pm
For the ceremony, sit wherever you please! However, for the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guest are sat with those they know, and their plus ones/partners.
There will not be transportation to the venue, although there will be a bus making trips from the reception venue to our listed hotel toward the end of the event. Feel free to leave vehicles at the venue - they must be picked up by 12pm on Sunday!
Beer, wine, and various seltzers will be provided - however, we expect everyone to be able to make accommodations to travel safely should they partake!
