The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow ample time for parking, transportation to the ceremony site, and seating before the festivities begin. We recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure a relaxed and timely arrival.
For the convenience of our out-of-town guests, we have reserved a room block at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. Reservation details can be found under the travel tab on our website. We encourage guests to book early, as availability may be limited. Reservations must be made before October 6th 2026 to receive the room block rate.
Our celebration will take place at Avila Golf & Country Club in Tampa, Florida. The venue address and directions can be found on our website and your invitation. We will provide more information regarding the procedure for the security gate as we get closer.
Complimentary parking will be available for all guests at Avila Golf & Country Club. While the ceremony location is a short distance from the club entrance, golf cart transportation will be available for any guests who would prefer assistance getting to and from the ceremony site.
In order to accommodate our planned guest count, we are only able to extend invitations to those individuals whose names are listed on the invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.
While we cherish your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy an evening of festivities with us.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, followed by a cocktail hour on the terrace and an indoor reception.
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please include any allergies or dietary needs when submitting your RSVP so that we may plan accordingly.
