Brittany Barefoot

Matron of Honor

My name is Brittany Barefoot. I am from Vicksburg, MS. Logan and I met in 7th grade science class at Warren Central Junior High, and we have been best friends ever since. I received my bachelor of biology from Delta State University in December of 2019. I am currently working towards getting my Master of Agriculture with a focus in Animal and Dairy Science. I may possibly apply to vet school after I receive my masters. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and I genuinely just love animals of all kinds. I am so excited to be Logan’s matron of honor, and I can’t wait to see her walk down the aisle.

My name is Jack Smith and I am from Vicksburg, MS. I am the Geospatial Coordinator for Mississippi Valley Division. I’m in charge of mapping and GIS in the six Districts of MVD, St. Paul, Rock Island, St. Louis, Memphis, Vicksburg, and New Orleans. I attended Hinds Community College and Mississippi State University. I guess I can say I’ve known the groom longer than anyone because he is my son! I’ve watched him grow up to be a fine young man. I met Logan in 2013 when her and Jackson started dating.

My name is Elizabeth Ashcraft. I am from a small town in Mississippi called Caledonia. I graduated Mississippi State University with a degree in finance. I met Logan when we were both Resident Advisors in the same building at MSU and we have been friends since! I have been Logan’s study partner, coworker, SAI sister, roommate, and now bridesmaid!

I am Ransom Moulder. I am from Rocky Springs, Mississippi. I currently live in Utica, Mississippi with my wonderful wife, Morgan, and my beautiful daughter, Leighton. I am a diesel mechanic with a towboat company. I am Jackson’s cousin and I have known Logan for years. I wish them many years of happiness in their new adventure

My name is Mallory and I am from Vicksburg, Mississippi. I am 19 years old. I go to Vicksburg High School. I love to sing, dance, and facetime people on my iPad. Logan is my big sister and I love to spend time with her. I can't wait to be her bridesmaid!

Hello, my name is Landon Cessna and I am from Vicksburg Mississippi. I currently attend River City Early College but plan to attend Mississippi State University once I graduate. I am so grateful that Logan is my sister because she is always there for me and is a good role model that leads me in the right direction. I met Jackson when he and Logan started dating. I don’t remember much from when they first started dating because it was so long ago, but I can say that he has always been extremely nice to Logan and the rest of our family. I am honored to be one of Jackson’s groomsmen and can’t wait to see these lovebirds get married.

Hi, my name is Brittany Hays. I am 31 and a single mother of 2 amazing kiddos. My daughter Emmalee is 13 and has a rare disability called Angleman syndrome. I spend most of my time tending to her needs. My son Carson is 12 and he's so sweet, caring, and has a heart of gold. Definitely a mommas boy. I’ve known Logan since she was born. I stayed with her every chance I got. On my hip is where she stayed. Her parents would say as long as I was around spoiled was an understatement. I’m so happy to be a part of Logan and Jackson’s special day!

Hey y'all, I'm Hunter Blades and I am from Pascagoula, MS. I was born and raised on the coast before heading up to Starkville to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering at Mississippi State. I met Jackson in our pledge class our freshman year for Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, our fraternity. Over the course of the past 2 years, I have gotten to know Jackson in the best of moments and also in some of the moments that are sworn not to be repeated. Jackson is such a great guy who I am so glad to call my friend and I am so appreciative to be apart of this momentous occasion for him.

Hello, my name is Taylor Bufkin, 26, born and raised in Vicksburg, MS. My hometown led me to marrying my best friend, Richie Bufkin, and starting our little family. I am a blessed mommy to two little girls, Dawsyn-5 and Laney-3. I have recently started working from home, pursuing my love for painting and crafting wooden Door Hangers. I am beyond honored to have Logan as my little cousin. She was one of my first very best friends growing up and I can’t wait to stand beside Logan and Jackson on one of their most special days! Hey everyone, I’m Andrew Brackins. I grew up in Franklin, TN, and am currently studying Mechanical Engineering at MSU. I met Jackson in band and got to know him better through marching band and being in the same fraternity. One of my favorite memories with Jackson was a Cookout run when we were sitting around talking and hanging out. Jackson had said the same thing a couple of times, and feeling like nobody heard him he started loudly shushing the whole table. Once we all got quiet, he began to practically yell which made us all die laughing at how over the top it was. I am so excited to stand by him on such a special day.
