In early 2009, Jacie and Logan met in high school pep band. Logan was a drummer and Jacie played trombone. They began talking and hit it off between playing songs and cheering on the Polson Pirate basketball teams. The pair quickly became your average teenage couple, texting too much and full of drama. Jacie and Logan lasted for a long time by high school standards, a whopping 7 months, before calling it quits. Little did they know that their paths would cross again.

Nearly ten years later, after much growing up and learning about life, they reconnected after Logan slid into Jacie's DM's. Immediately they slipped into being good friends that could talk to each other for hours. Soon Jacie and Logan realized the true potential for their relationship. They began dating May 11th, 2019. The next two years Jacie and Logan spent their time doing anything from going to Missoula Paddlehead games to lazy days at home with their dogs, Thor and Rotor. They love spending their time laughing and teasing each other.

After many months of Jacie not so subtly planning the theoretical wedding, Logan proposed October 17th, 2021. The pair had spent the day going to a pumpkin patch with their friends Kaitlyn and Kienan. The group decided to go a bit further to Glacier Park to take some beautiful photos next to McDonald Lake. There Logan sweetly asked for Jacie's hand in marriage and she excitedly accepted.

Between planning the wedding and moving in together, these last few months have been a whirlwind. Logan is currently a litigation attorney at St. Peter Law Offices in Missoula and Jacie is a Kindergarten teacher at Cherry Valley Elementary in Polson. They are excited to get married this summer and hopefully move into a larger house in the next year. A year or so after the wedding Jacie and Logan hope to be adding to the family, but for now they are loving life in their cozy home with Thor and Rotor.
