We met at a local church in Enid, Oklahoma. My Grandmother, Pam, was attending the church and has always invited me to go with. One day I finally decided to come to church and I saw this handsome man singing on stage with the worship team. Nothing happened for a few months, and then I kind of started to have a crush on Hayden, and I noticed he was coming around more often. We were both too shy to talk to each other, but the whole church knew we were interested in one another; beside the two of us. We went to a group dinner after church one night, then on another night we decorated the church for the holidays, and finally had our first unofficial date at Braum's, where we sat and talked for two hours. Then Hayden asked me if I "wanted to help him make pies for his bosses to get on their good side". I laughed, and said "really, make pies? but yes I would love to", Well we never set a time for the pies, but instead Hayden asked if I wanted to help decorate his Christmas tree at the apartment. So we decorated our first Christmas tree together, went to a movie and that's the day we officially started dating. P.S.- To this day we still have not made any pies.

We were living with each other by this time, I was working at Atwood's Cooperate Store, and Hayden at Pope Distributing. It was Sunday, September 15th, I was working and Hayden was off. When I got off work we were supposed to go mow my grandmother's yard together, but Hayden said he saw a table at his old apartment building. I was super excited because I had been wanting a table in the kitchen for more counter space. On the drive over there, Hayden was in a great mood, we were talking about when we first started dating and how much we have grown together. We pull up to the old apartment, and a UHAUL was parked out front, so I thought someone was moving and left their table. Hayden wasn't get out of the vehicle though, he had me park in a spot that I used to park in. He started talking about how this is where we first started dating, this is where we decorated our first tree together, and this is where we had our first kiss. Then he pulls out the box from his pocket and i was overwhelmed with emotions. He said "Logan Alexis Giles, will you marry me?" I was so caught off guard, I cried for like two minutes with joy; shaking my head yes. I kept trying to talk but I couldn't, I was speechless. Finally, after I caught my breathe I said YES! and here we are!
