What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask that guests do not wear jeans or casual clothing. Dresses, suits, dress pants, and dressy separates are all appropriate.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, please be sure to RSVP by February 21, 2026—but if you’re able to respond sooner, even better! Early responses help us finalize plans and make sure everything is set for a smooth and enjoyable day. We really appreciate it.

We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and we’ll have a coffee truck available starting at 4:00 for anyone who’d like a coffee to kickstart the celebration!

We love kids and are so excited to have some of them there with us to celebrate. While we would love to include everyone’s little ones, we had to be mindful of space and logistics and are only able to invite the children listed on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Can I bring a guest?

We’ve worked thoughtfully to keep our celebration intimate, so we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If a plus one was included with your invite, they’re absolutely welcome, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes. Following the ceremony, we’ll move into a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers, followed by dinner and a reception. And don't forget to arrive before the ceremony to enjoy a cup of coffee from Crossroads Coffee Camper!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Central Park of Eolia, located at 140 Fausek Ranch Dr, Eolia, MO 63344. The venue is just a few minutes outside of the town of Eolia, Missouri—about 20 minutes north of Troy. To reach the venue, you will take a gravel road for a short distance near the end of the drive. It’s well-maintained and easy to navigate, but we wanted to mention it so you know what to expect. Parking is available on-site once you arrive. If you’re using GPS, the address should lead you directly to the venue without any issues.
