Yes, we are so excited to see our family and friends dressed up for the celebration. We kindly request black tie optional dress code. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit and women wear an ankle/floor length dresses/gowns and avoid shades of white.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event except for the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you do not miss anything. This will also give you time to park if driving.
Unfortunately, the Cathedral Basilica does not own or have access to parking. Alternative Parking: street parking, Gateway Parking Garage- entrances on Spring & 16th Streets, and Sheraton Hotel Parking Garage, entrance on 16th & 17th streets.
We will be offering a designated trolley shuttle from the Renaissance hotel to the church. The first pickup will be at 2:55 PM where the trolley will pick guests from the Renaissance to the Basilica. The second pickup will be at 3:25 PM. Following the ceremony, at 4:50 the first trolley will take guests back to the Renaissance hotel where guests can relax or grab a drink. There will be another trolley to pick up the remaining guests at the church at 5:15 to bring them to the Renaissance before both trolleys pick up guests at 5:45 from the Renaissance to bring them to the Down Town Club. It is also an option for guests to walk to the Down Town Club from the Renaissance as it is a 3 min walk. There are neighboring restaurants, bars, and attractions if guests wish to explore before the 6 o’clock cocktail hour.
