Question

Where will the ceremony/reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be in the gardens of Airlie and the reception will be in the Pavilion at Airlie, these two spaces are just steps from one another.

Question

I'm staying at an off-property hotel. Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle for our guests to and from Airlie and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites/Baymont by Wyndham Warrenton. For travel to the ceremony, the shuttle will pick up guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express at 3:40 PM. The shuttle will also pick up guests staying at the Baymont at 3:55 PM. Please be prompt! For guests who wish to leave after the dinner, a shuttle back to the hotels will leave the Airlie property at 8 PM. For guests who wish to stay for the entirety of the festivities, a shuttle back to the hotels will leave the Airlie property at 10:20 PM.

Can I bring a plus-one or my kids?

Answer

Due to venue-capacity limits and budget restrictions, we ask that only those listed on the RSVP portal attend the wedding. We regret that we can't extend plus-ones and appreciate your understanding!

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside, so dress accordingly. The general vibe is formal garden party (think: suits/flowy dresses).
