A free, interactive, and beautiful area to walk around in downtown Omaha.
Kiewit Luminarium
Plenty to experience for both kids and adults. The outdoor space next to the building is one end of Omaha's RiverFront, which is a fun and free public walkway with interactive features, play areas, and artwork.
Smash Park La Vista
Fun, food, and drinks! Smash Park is right by the hotel block for guests staying at the Courtyard Omaha La Vista. There are pickleball courts, karaoke suites, duckpin bowling lanes, axe throwing, darts, and outdoor games for groups. Activities do need to be reserved ahead of time.
Wildlife Safari Park
This is a four-mile, drive-through North American wildlife experience in Ashland.
Walter Scott Jr Observation Tower
This observation tower is right next to the wedding venue! On the day of the event feel free to journey to the top and see a beautiful view of the park and Platte River Valley. Don't forget to take photos!
Sunken Gardens
A beautiful public garden (in the list of 300 best gardens to visit in the U.S. and Canada). This is where Logan proposed to Bella.
Lincoln Children's Zoo
A local favorite for us in Lincoln. This is the perfect zoo for kids! Very easy to walk through and has a great indoor playground.
