When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 6th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM in case of traffic.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. Wear something nice but not too fancy, such as a sundress, button down shirts, and slacks. We encourage you to wear garden colors since the venue has a lot of greenery.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our wedding, we will not be providing plus-ones other than those attached to the initial invitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For the same reason we aren’t having plus-ones, we won’t have room for any children not on the invite list.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be providing gluten-free and dairy-free food options. Please let us know if you require these options prior to dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking at our venue, but we recommend carpooling to limit traffic.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you want to be close to the venue, we would recommend the Holiday Inn off of Country Club and the 60, which is 10 minutes away (1600 S Country Club Dr Mesa, AZ 85210). If you are planning on visiting the bride’s side of the family, the Hilton Garden off of Elliot and the 101 is 15 minutes from the venue, but would be a nice location in between sites (7290 S Price Rd Tempe, AZ 85283).
