Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival
One of the largest festivals to happen over on the Westside. If you are heading up early and looking for something fun to do this festival is approximately 15-20 minutes from Muskegon. Such a beautiful area and so many fun things to see and explore while you're there!

P. J. Hoffmaster State Park
My favorite State Park in Muskegon! The first place Logan took me to for a beautiful hike while visiting during Christmas time and its even better during the summer! Everytime we come back home to visit we come here. Lots of nature and beautiful trails. Perfect place to relax and get away for a few.
Pere Marquette Park
Beautiful local beach to soak up some sun and enjoy Lake Michigan. If the weather permits, we highly recommend spending a few hours here, walking down the Pere, beach volleyball, enjoying some cocktails and food from the Deck or Dockers, and so much more! Whenever we come back to Muskegon to visit in the summer we spend a lot of time here. It’s one of our favorite spots!
