Located less than a mile from the reception venue in the heart of downtown, this historic hotel is full of charm and character. Typically has a two-night minimum for booking on the weekends, so it's a great choice if you want to take a weekend and enjoy Decorah a little longer!

You may need to call and mention our wedding to book. From their website: Our smallest cabins are ideal for couples and small families, comfortably fitting 1 to 4 people, while our medium size units are great for families and small groups of 4 to 7 travelers. We currently have one unit with 4 bedrooms ideal for up to 11 people. All of our units have at minimum a kitchenette with Oak series units having a full kitchen. Our weekends are full weekend only.

From their website: Built by Norwegian immigrants in 1910, this home's architecture provides ample space for gathering with family and friends and finding some quiet time. The home is located in the historic district of Decorah, near the Winneshiek County Courthouse and two blocks from downtown. All five guest rooms include: Private bathrooms Spa showers Comfortable and cozy linens Cable TV Internet access Organic breakfasts daily Refreshments Friday and Saturday evenings Two of the rooms sleep four adults. The Inspiration Suite also includes a kitchenette, reading nook, a Temazkal unit for thermotherapy, luminotherapy and aromatherapy, an air jet tub, and enough space to sleep four adults and host a small gathering.
