Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 12th, 2025. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final headcounts to our vendors following this deadline.

Question

When should I arrive for the wedding?

Answer

Although the ceremony starts at 5:00pm, we would appreciate if you arrived early to be able to find your seats and avoid walking in mid ceremony. The doors to the ballroom open at 4:30.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

If you do not shuttle or walk from the hotels we have listed, there will be valet service in front of the Meyer Ballroom on the corner of East Galena Boulevard and North Stolp Avenue. Instructions for valet are at the top of this page.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire (a step above semi-formal). Ladies should wear nice dresses and men should wear suits. (Women - please don’t wear white, ivory or beige). Bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be outside or inside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There will be a small patio balcony off the ballroom that you can use to cool off during the reception.

Question

Is my child invited?

Answer

Please only bring your child if they are listed on your invite. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only guests who are named on the invitation are able to attend. If your invite says your name “and guest”, then you may bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding!
