What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We request guests to dress in cocktail attire. Please no jeans and avoid any shades of white, or you will receive the wrath of the Maid of Honors.

Can I bring a guest or date?

If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation and under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of older children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself away from the kiddos!

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please arrive early enough before the ceremony begins so you may find a seat before it starts. We'd love to spend time with our guests during cocktail hour!

Where should I park?

Answer

Bethany Lutheran Church has free on-site parking. LedgeCrest Reserve has free on-site and overnight parking. We encourage guests to use our complimentary shuttle from the venue to Aloft Hotel if you are staying there.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

For those of you staying overnight at Aloft hotel, there will be a free shuttle that will pick up guests throughout the night from Ledgecrest Reserve to Aloft. The shuttle will then bring all guests back to Ledgecrest Reserve at 8:30am Sunday.

Where's the nearest hotel?

Answer

The nearest hotel is Holiday Inn Express, 6 minutes from the reception venue. However, we have a block set up with Aloft hotel, which is 16 minutes from the reception venue.
