Although we love to watch your children grow and play, this is an adults-only day!
No. Andrew and Cristina are requesting guests to turn off their phones and NOT take pictures during the ceremony as it is a Church, and there will be professional photographers taking pictures and video. There will be a moment after the initial procession where guests will be allowed to take photos, as well as the rest of the night. There will be announcement prior to the start of the ceremony as well.
Absolutely! Please check out our "Things to Do" page - Restaurant Recommendations are at the bottom! There is also a restaurant located in the hotel lobby for everyone's convenience. There is also a sheet with nearby restaurants located in your welcome bag! Please keep in mind - it is Long Island on a holiday weekend. Reservations for all restaurants that take them are strongly recommended.
Cocktail, Formal, or Black Tie Optional is the way to go! Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream.
The wedding is at Larkfield. It is a Tuscan inspired catering hall located on Long Island. Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will have an outdoor area, so make sure you bring something to wear if you're worried you'll get cold!
Yes! While we won't be providing transportation to the Church, there will be transportation from the hotel to the reception, and back at the end of the night.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures at the Church, and then will go to another location to continue taking photos. Guests who attend the ceremony are free to do whatever they want after church - feel free to check out the local sights, grab a snack, or go back to the hotel and hang out. The shuttle will be leaving from the hotel to transport everyone to the reception.
While we would LOVE for everyone to attend the ceremony as well, we understand that may not be possible or feasible for everyone. If you can't make it to the church - we will see you at the reception! The ceremony will take place at Maria Regina Roman Catholic Church in Seaford, NY at 1:30 p.m. There is ample parking at the Church, and we encourage everyone to arrive around 1-1:15 p.m. We will only be having a ceremony, not a full mass, so there is no need to worry about Communion if you are not Catholic! However, we do ask that guests who attend the ceremony dress appropriately for the Church (semi-formal is fine!).
