When should I RSVP by?

Please have your RSVP in the mail by June 26th please thank you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6 o'clock so please arrive a little early to allow yourselves time to grab your seat!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome and please be sure to mark them on your RSVP cards and there will be a kids dinner choice of chicken fingers with french fries.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Simsbury Inn is right up the street from the venue and is a wondeful option. We do have a block of rooms with them but they are limited.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes you can just be sure to make us aware.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking our ceremony and reception will be in the west tent and west ball room.
