The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 p.m. Please plan to arrive between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, on the estate's grassy lawn. Cocktail hour will be held on the lawn and covered veranda, with an indoor reception in the ballroom to follow.
Please dress to impress with cocktail or semi-formal attire! Suits and ties, cocktail dresses and formal dresses are welcome. Avoid stilettos due to the soft grass at the ceremony.
The Lyman Estate is located at 185 Lyman Street in Waltham, MA. At the traffic circle, go part way round and pull on to Lyman Street. When you see the sign for the estate, head right toward the Mansion (not left toward the Greenhouses) and drive through the stone columns and down the long gravel driveway. Pass the mansion on the left and find the parking lot at the end of the drive.
Yes! There is a free parking lot with plenty of space at the venue. If you are using Uber or Lyft, please note the venue is listed as "Lyman Estate Greenhouses" on those platforms. (The estate is home to one of the oldest surviving greenhouses in the country!)
We strongly ask that you please refrain from taking any photos or video during the ceremony. We will have two professional photographers documenting every moment, so rest assured everything will be captured! We wish to see the faces and emotions of our loved ones — not the backs of phones — as we walk down the aisle and in the background of our professional photography. Thank you for understanding, and we promise our photos will be shared afterwards!
We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Please RSVP through the "RSVP" tab on our website no later than August 24th.
We have reserved hotel blocks with three different nearby hotels, all with different rates and room types available, so guests have a few options to choose from. Information on hotel blocks and how to book with our group is in the "Travel" section.
