While walking around downtown Johnson City, be sure to stop in The Generalist! A general store that features local artists, bakers, and vendors, it is full of unique and beautiful finds!
If you're looking to get some steps in without the elevation of a hike, the Tweetsie Trail is for you! This 16 mile trail used to be a railroad track that has been converted to a beautiful and safe walking/biking trail. Afterwards, grab a cool drink at Cranky's Pump N' Pints beer garden, located at the trailhead! *Note - the trail does not loop, so keep in mind you will have to double back to get back to your car!
