In order to accommodate the variety of guest locations and departure times, we will be providing an Uber voucher code on the night of the event. Especially if you plan to take advantage of the open bar, we encourage you to use the event code that will be provided the night of the wedding for a discounted ride back down the mountain.
We know that making plans right now is especially tough. We ask that you please RSVP by June 9, 2021 (one month before the event date).
For many of our guests, our wedding will be the first large gathering they have attended in a while. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable while celebrating with us. We will be utilizing both indoor and outdoor space at the venue to allow more space between guests. We will also be adhering to all local and state guidelines in regards to group size and mask wearing.
We are requesting a child-free event, but are happy to help out of town guests with finding trustworthy childcare options.
We've named the dress code "summer cocktail attire". It is July, so we anticipate that it will be warm, but not unbearably hot by 6pm. As we will be in the mountains, temperatures may drop to the 60s or 70s in the evening, so a layer to put on later is recommended. The venue is in the mountains, but just about anywhere guests may want to walk will be paved. Sky-high heels may be tricky, but wear whatever you will be ready to dance in!
