Flight
We highly recommend giving yourself time to travel as it can be a long trek. Direct flights to Florence or Pisa are unavailable from the US but if you fly direct to Rome or Milan, trains are very accessible! Renting a car is recommended as there are many things you will want to see in Tuscany!
