“There are very few times that I don’t want to go out with my friends on a Friday night. I owed a friend a favor to be her wingman while she met up with an old friend and his best friend from out of town. She wanted me and the best friend to get to know each other and convinced me to come out. When we showed up to the venue, I immediately noticed the tallest man in the room. I kept walking with my friend to the table of guys waiting on us. After brief exchanges of conversation the tallest man in the room also appeared at our table and introduced himself to me. He was also apart of the group of friends we came to meet! He quickly made it clear to the friend I was supposed to meet that he had a change of plans. We talked and danced all night. I vividly remember Zee mentioning during our conversation that me being a “morning person” would help him wake up earlier, and I laughed thinking he was crazy because I had no plans on dating at the time. Cleary the joke was on me… He invited me to brunch the next day, and we’ve spent more days together than apart ever since. I also have yet to successfully help him wake up any earlier. ”

Typical Friday night, the guys and I went out to catch up. I turned around and noticed a short beautiful woman sitting at our table. I introduced myself and there was a connection right away! I soon found out she was actually there to meet my friend, but I couldn’t let that happen. I spoke to my friend and let him know that there was no way I wasn’t getting to know her better. I asked her to dance and we talked until the end of the night. I asked her out to brunch the next day. Unexpectedly, we spent that entire day together. The rest is history.
