Bride
Groom
Best Man
Matt has been the realest person I've ever known. We met in 7th grade and built our friendship with our common interest in music. We hung out nearly every day for years. We never lost touch when I moved to NC, and I was honored to become his son, Brennan's Godfather. He's the Martin to my Will, Bad boys for life!
Groomsman
Carleton is a mutual friend of the Bride and the Groom. One could say he's one half the matchmaker, and the reason we are here. Carleton has been a friend of the Groom for 12 years. What started out as an occasional hang out, quickly blossomed into a bromance, and he became one of the groom's best friends.
Groomsman
Darius was my first friend in Wilmington, and even though he moved to Raleigh (to be a bad ass Apache Pilot) we've stayed close the past 15 years.
Groomsman
I met Daryl in 2010 where he helped me get a (good) paying job. It helped me actually bury my roots in Wilmington and settle in. Daryl's personality brings light to a room. He's outgoing, always smiling, and overall just a pleasure to be around. There aren't many like Daryl!
Groomsman
Don has been one of my Best Friends for 28 years, but who's counting? Even though 730 miles separate us, we still talk nearly every day. We've grown up together, and it's an honor to have him stand by my side on our special day. Another friend that became family.
Groomsman
I met Griff through a mutual friend at SUNY Albany. We parted ways until he eventually moved to Wilmington where we linked back up and became roommates. We both shared a passion for lifting heavy weights and creating music. After he left Wilmington to pursue his career in being a personal trainer we never lost touch and still talk nearly every day. Griff has always been a great motivator and a true friend.
Groomsman
I met Justin at Pender EMS&Fire when I first started. We shared a lot of the same interests and hanging out was always a good time. Justin and RC were both roommates at one point and super easy to live with. Usually that would destroy a friendship but not these guys. It was a sad day when Justin moved into his own place, but we'll always have a strong bond.
Groomsman
I met Kenny at Pender EMS & Fire. He helped me in my D/O training and became a great friend outside of the firehouse. You're always guaranteed a belly laugh when Kenny is around. His sense of humor is one of a kind. He's quick witted and has one liners for days. Besides all the jokes, he is also a very bright medic, and have had the pleasure of running calls with him.
Groomsman
I met Robert Cannon aka RC3 when I started at Pender EMS&Fire in 2017. It was a friendship that immediately clicked. We rode in the back of Ladder 16, and man was it fun. Being in those high stress situations as a newbie couldn't have gone any smoother thanks to RC. Wether at the firehouse, or personal life RC was always someone I could depend on.
Groomsman
Shannon was my Lt. on Ladder 16 when I first got my start. He has been an incredible source of guidance both career wise and life path. The amount of knowledge I have gained from him is priceless. From cooking, to building a house, there's not much I can't ask of him. Even just an ear to run things by he's been a reliable and truly great friend.
