When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP before April 5, 2025.

Question

Are you having a welcome party?

Answer

While we would love to host a welcome party for everyone, we will be having an intimate Groom's Dinner with immediate family and the wedding party. For those who are around on Friday, we encourage family and friends to gather. Take a peak at the "Things To Do" section for inspiration.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see everyone get dressed up along with us! Semi-formal/cocktail attire; dresses of any length, suits or sport coats. Bright spring colors encouraged!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We ask that guests aim to arrive at the venue at 3:30pm to allow ample time to settle in prior to the 4:00pm ceremony. Guests who arrive right at or shortly after 4:00pm may be asked to wait to join the ceremony until a time that is least disruptive.

What are my transportation/parking options?

Answer

Driving to the venue: There is a hosted parking ramp at the venue. There will be signs and/or people directing drivers to the right place once you enter the parking garage. For guests that plan on driving to and from the venue, please plan accordingly for safe travels at the end of the night. You may leave your car in the garage overnight, however if you chose to do so then the cost of parking will be your responsibility. Coming from the hotel: Because the hotel is walking distance from the venue, we encourage guests to leave their cars at the hotel and walk (weather permitting). SHUTTLE INFORMATION: For those who prefer not to walk or drive to the venue, there will be a car shuttle circling in between the hotel and venue starting at 3pm. The car shuttle will be available to return guests to the hotel from 8:30pm-10:30pm.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but guests will have access to an outdoor rooftop during cocktail hour and throughout the evening (weather permitting- fingers crossed).

Can I take photos/video during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer who will be capturing the ceremony, and we will share these photos. After the ceremony, photos and videos are encouraged!

Question

I have a food allergy and/or dietary preferences, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do let us know about any allergies and/or dietary preferences. We want to ensure everyone has a delicious meal to eat. If you have requests, please include these in the RSVP note or reach out to Hannah or Brad directly so we can ensure our caterer can accommodate.
