What is your Covid Policy?

Answer

For the safety of everyone, proof of complete COVID-19 vaccinations (boosters, if eligible). If you are unable to be vaccinated for a validated medical reason, you must complete a PCR test 2 days prior to the wedding date. Please RSVP with your records to leeandnickbarlow@gmail.com. If you have misplaced or damaged your vaccine record card, you can submit your official immunization record from your state's health department. Excelsior Pass, MyIR, or equivalent proof are also acceptable. We strongly encourage all guests to wear a mask indoors while not eating or drinking and whenever they are not seated at a table. We hope that everyone can understand. We will have an outdoor patio where people can sit to have some fresh air.

Do we need to get the updated Covid booster for this wedding?

No.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. In the event of inclement weather (which is unlikely at this point), we will hold the ceremony in our reception room.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure we start in time, please arrive at the venue by 4:30 pm to get seated. Please plan your travel routes accordingly.

There will be free parking spots available in the lot outside of the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation in order to stay on budget.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

If you have children who are younger than 12 years of age, please arrange child care. We hope that everyone can understand.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

The colors of the wedding are: Navy blue, Wine color or Burgundy, Silver, Gold, and Ivory. Stay classy, everybody! ❤️

Can we take pictures and share them on social media?

Answer

Please, no photos until the reception. We already paid for a photographer. As a courtesy to the bride and groom, please do not upload any pictures of the couple on social media until they release the photos themselves. Use our hashtag, #SomethingBarlowed so we can track each of your photos down!
