Fly into Madison, Wisconsin (MSN, Dane County Regional Airport)

If you can't find a direct flight, please make sure you have a layover in Chicago (ORD). Somebody can pick you up if your connecting flight from Chicago to Madison gets canceled or missed. Other airports to consider, in order of our preference - Milwaukee (MKE, 1.5 hr drive), Appleton, WI (ATW, 2 hr drive), Chicago (ORD, 2 hr drive), Minneapolis (MSP, 4 hr drive)

Stay in downtown Madison, please! The reception AND the bars are downtown. We want to walk everywhere. Below are some hotel recommendations.
