Please RSVP by September 1, 2026!
Please book your rooms by July 12, 2026 to ensure a spot in the room block. Keep in mind that hotel reservations can be adjusted up to 60 days prior to the event, so if your travel plans change, you will be able to amend the hotel booking as needed!
We kindly request beach formal attire. Think light and airy, with breathable fabrics for a sandy and warm location. Prints, fun colors and textures are welcome- we will be in Mexico! For women, this means long dresses, elevated sundresses, or dressy jumpsuits in lighter, breathable fabrics. For men, we recommend a summer suit (linen, cotton, seersucker) in lighter colors (tan, light blue, gray), with a dress shirt. Tie optional. We do want to advise that the ceremony will take place on the sand, with a reception to follow on pavement, so please plan shoes accordingly!
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we kindly ask that only the children of immediate family members attend the ceremony and reception event. Either you can make it a fun vacation as a couple, or bring your little one for a family vacation, with a babysitter for the big day!
At this time, we are only able to accommodate those whose names are specifically listed on the RSVP due to our guest count limitations. If it appears there may have been an error, or if you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Yes! Our hotel, Hotel Palmas de Cortez has a fleet of about 10 shuttle vans which will be able to pick up our guests from the airport (SJD) to the hotel and vice versa. If you are interested in this, please reach out to Lauren or Jason with your flight arrival times so we can coordinate larger pick-up groups!
November is one of the best times to visit Los Barriles. You can expect warm, dry days in the low 85° F range and comfortable evenings in the 65° F range. Rainfall is exceptionally rare (averaging only one rainy day for the entire month), and the ocean water is warm enough for swimming! Additionally, the Sea of Cortez (which the hotel looks out into) is ideal swimming temperature in November with water temperatures ranging from 74° to 78° F.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can be sure to make any special food accommodations for you!
Kindly contact Jason at 530-519-9201 with any further questions ahead of the wedding.
