Our love story began in New York City in 2016 when we were set up by Laurie's cousin and our dear friend Scott. John suggested we meet for our first date at our now favorite and treasured Upper East Side spot, Treadwell Park. After a night of endless conversations about restaurants, travel, sports, Laurie's preferred drink of choice being tequila, and the fact that John lost a coin-flip to see Hamilton that night, the rest truly became history. Over three and a half years' worth of memories later and we've traveled to new destinations, ran two half marathons by each other's sides, enjoyed many delicious restaurants for date nights, took countless walks through Central Park, and even got to see Hamilton together. We can't wait to continue making memories with all of you and for this exciting new chapter to begin!
