Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP but September 16, 2023 at the very latest.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Between 12:45 and 1:20 pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Black-tie preferred. Absolutely no jeans or khakis. Formal cocktail attire accepted. For those wearing a dress or gown please avoid solid black.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only if your invitation specifies a guest.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No. We will be providing babysitters at the hotel, free to our guests who RSVP, for both the ceremony and reception. If you bring your child to either event you will be asked to leave them with our babysitter.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Absolutely. Please be specific when you RSVP.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The church has both a parking lot and street parking. The reception venue has free parking for non-overnight guests in the Stadium East Garage at 200 S. Broadway. The hotel concierge can direct you if you have trouble.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. But it is a quick 5-minute drive between the two and there are plenty of people you can hop in a car with. It is also a good area to get Ubers or Lyfts.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired four fabulous photographers and videographers to capture our wedding. We would prefer that you leave it up to them however, discreet pictures on phones that do not distract OR reach into the aisle of the church are acceptable.

Question

Are the venues outdoors?

Answer

No. Both the ceremony and reception are entirely inside with HVAC systems. No need to worry about the weather.

Question

What happens if I am sick?

Answer

Please do not come if you are sick. We would prefer that everyone in attendance is vaccinated against COVID-19. However, it is not required. If you are sick and show up to the wedding, you could be asked to leave. We take our guests’ health and well-being very seriously.
