Famous sculpture in Tulum that many people like to see at least once and take a photo. It was relocated in 2021. It is inside the Tulum Sculpture Park at Ahau Tulum Resort - right off the main beach road!
We went to Checkpoint Ciao and loved it! Their wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas are incredible, and the spritzes make it the perfect spot for a casual lunch or evening bite.
There are so many private and public cenotes a bike or bus ride away from Tulum! They are typically free but check the hours and if there are fees. They are magical. Gorgeous teal waters, some under ground in caves. Highly recommend getting to them early so they are not too crowded! The Cenote Calavara and Grand Cenote are the closest.
You have to check out La Malinche, just a short walk from the hotel! The ceviche and drinks are amazing, the bartenders and service are incredible, and make sure you try the cricket mezcal shot. It’s the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a great meal.

We went to Karma Tulum and loved it! The “Nest Experience” is so cool, perched above the jungle with incredible ocean views. They’ve got great food, drinks, and a really fun atmosphere. It’s such a unique spot to hang out.
