What is the dress code?

We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors, so we encourage guests to dress elegantly while being mindful of the weather and terrain. Bringing a pair of comfortable footwear for dance time is recommended! Feel free to bring sun-friendly accessories such as hats or sunglasses for the daytime, and consider bringing a light layer for the evening as temperatures may cool. We also kindly ask that attire reflect a spirit of modesty and reverence in keeping with the sacredness of the day. Out of respect for the bride, we also ask guests to avoid wearing white or very light ivory. Your thoughtful attention to these details means so much to us. We’re so looking forward to celebrating with you in grace, joy, and style!

Will the ceremony be held outside?

Answer

Our entire celebration; ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, will be held outdoors, surrounded by God’s beautiful creation. We will have accommodations in place to ensure everyone's comfort, including shaded areas, fans, and other heat relief options. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns. We can’t wait to celebrate under the open sky with you!

What time should I/we arrive?

We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. This will help ensure a smooth and reverent start to our celebration. Your timely arrival means the world to us, thank you for helping create a peaceful and joyful atmosphere as we begin this sacred moment together.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! If you'd like to bring your littles, we joyfully welcome children to be part of our special day. After all, they are a blessing from the Lord. We believe family is a gift from God, and we are honored to celebrate surrounded by all generations. During the ceremony, we kindly ask parents to be mindful of noise so everyone can remain present in reverence and worship. A quiet space will be available nearby if needed. For the reception, we have prepared a special area just for our littlest guests, complete with kid-friendly food, fun entertainment, and caring supervision so they can enjoy themselves while parents relax and celebrate with us. Thank you for helping us make this a joyful and respectful day for everyone!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available in the pasture area to the left of the venue. There will be clear signs posted to guide you upon arrival. In the spirit of love and consideration, we kindly ask that those who are physically able consider parking a bit farther out to allow guests with limited mobility easier access to the entrance. As space may be somewhat open and unlined, please be mindful to park as straight as possible and leave enough room for others. Your attentiveness will help make the arrival process smoother for everyone. We also recommend arriving a little early to allow time for parking and settling in. If you need assistance, someone will be available to help direct you.

Will we have an open bar?

To create an intimate and graceful atmosphere, we will be providing a selection of beer and wine for guests to enjoy during the reception. There will be no hard liquor served, but we warmly invite guests to discreetly bring their own preferred beverages, should they wish. We respectfully ask that no alcohol be consumed during the ceremony so we can all fully honor this sacred moment together. We will also provide ice, mixers, and a variety of non-alcoholic refreshments to complement your drinks. As we celebrate together, we kindly encourage everyone to enjoy thoughtfully and with care, so that all may share in the joy and warmth of this special day. While the official deadline to respond is March 31st, 2026, we would be most grateful if you could reply at your earliest convenience to assist us in making the necessary arrangements. Will there be photography?

Answer

Yes! We are truly blessed to have hired a professional photographer, second shooter and a videographer who will thoughtfully capture the sacred and joyful moments of our wedding day, from the ceremony through the celebration. Start to finish. Out of respect for the sanctity of the ceremony and to honor the presence of God in this special moment, we kindly ask all guests to remain “unplugged” during the service—refraining from taking personal photos or videos. This allows everyone to fully participate in worship and prayer, and enables our photographers/ videographer to capture the day’s beauty without distraction. During the reception, we warmly welcome guests to take photos and videos to celebrate alongside us. Thank you for your understanding and reverence as we celebrate this holy union. We look forward to sharing these treasured memories with you.

We have thoughtfully planned our guest list to create a meaningful and intimate celebration with our closest loved ones. If a plus one was included with your invitation, you will see that option reflected on your RSVP. We completely understand that circumstances can vary, and we’re happy to work with you if you have any questions or special considerations.
