Rose Garden Ceremony

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, shirt and tie no jacket. There are sidewalks and paved trails (but maybe leave the stilettos home.)

Plan on arriving early for the ceremony, as there can be a long line to get into the Arb. There are 2 other weddings, besides ours, going on that afternoon. At the main gate, tell the attendant that you are there for the Nelson-Colon wedding. You will get a map from the attendant to help navigate the property, find parking, and locate the Wilson Rose Garden for our ceremony. You will not need to pay any fee, due to being a wedding guest. (Come early or stay a bit after the ceremony to see the beautiful gardens.) Vehicle parking is in the general parking area (there are no special spaces for wedding guests). For those needing physical assistance, there is a spot next to the Wilson Rose Garden to drop off guests via car.
