Guests that are staying overnight should arrive before 1:15 P.M. in order to park and get settled in their cabins or set up their tents, if they're opting for the more outdoorsy experience. Those that are not staying at the camp should arrive by 2:30P.M. to make sure they have ample time to park and make their way to the amphitheater for the ceremony, as it is a bit of a walk.
If you wish to stay at Camp, please RSVP to "Cabin Sleepover" on our RSVP page. We will prioritize out-of-state guests, those that are in the wedding party, and immediate family. Due to limited space, we will try to put you with other people you closely know (such as cousins, siblings, etc,.,). As a reminder, there are cabins that hold 6-8 people and one that holds 12 people.
Camp Cedarcrest has awesome cabins for guests to stay in, but it is a campground after all. There are no AC units or bathrooms in cabins, but there is a shared bathroom (that will have hand soap and toilet paper) with showers for everyone to use. Make sure you bring: twin size sheets, blankets, pillows, toiletries, a fan if you get hot easily, clothes, and anything else you would bring on a camping trip!
Wedding attire is "dressy casual" or "semi-formal." Do wear something comfortable as it is an outdoor wedding in August. We recommend avoiding heels as you will be on the ground and do not want to get stuck. Please avoid wearing white, purple, and yellow if possible as they’re being worn by the bride, wedding party, and parents of the couple respectively.
