We are looking forward to celebrating with you! You are welcome to start arriving at St. John's club between 4 and 4:30.
Yes, there are a couple of options for parking at the wedding. -There is small lot beside St. Johns club, we ask that these spots be used by our guests who may need to be closer to the venue due to mobility. - There is street parking anywhere down Central Street and also on side streets (check city signs). - If you have an Iphone there is paid parking in a big lot up on Lakeside Ave - use the Hula spots. THere will be a driver in a red SUV picking up people to drive if needed. It is a 5 minute walk back to St. Johns. (across from 44 Lakeside Ave)
We would describe our event to be classy/cocktail, but not formal. But we invite everyone to dress to their comfort. Please, be aware of expected temperatures and weather as our ceremony will be outside by the lake in September.
Yes, our wedding ceremony will take place outside, no tent, on the lawn by the lake. We will move indoors for dinner and dancing for the reception. Please check the weather and dress accordingly. In the unlikely event of rain, please check the front page of the wedding website for any adjustment in timing for weather. If necessary, we will move the ceremony inside.
Unfortunately, we have chosen a small and intimate venue and there is limited capacity. We are not able to have any additional guests.
As stated above, we have a limited capacity at our venue and, if possible, we ask that children remain at home. We are able to accommodate a few close family and friends' children who are traveling.
Out of respect for everyone attending, especially children and older folks, we hope all will complete Covid-19 vaccinations. We understand that vaccines may not be possible for everyone, but we ask that you take any necessary precautions including testing. We will be following any necessary COVID precautions that are in place at the time of the wedding.
