How to I get to and from the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

Abbey Road Farm is a 10-15 minute drive from downtown McMinnville. Shuttles from McMinnville to Abbey Road Farm will pick guests up at 3:30 PM from outside the Atticus Hotel (375 NE Ford St, McMinnville, OR 97128). Shuttles back to downtown McMinnville will depart Abbey Road Farm at 10:00 PM. If you cannot stay until the end of the reception, we recommend driving yourself (there will be plenty of parking at Abbey Road Farm). Unfortunately, Ubers and Lyfts are not reliably available in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any severe allergies or dietary restrictions. Dinner will be buffet-style with many options for a variety of dietary needs.

What are your COVID policies?

Answer

We ask that all guests are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in effort to safely celebrate with everyone. We also encourage everyone to obtain the most recent booster available to them. With the recent wave of cases, we encourage everyone to test for COVID-19 and if you are feeling any symptoms, we regretfully ask that you stay home. We will find another way to party with you!

Can I get more details about the venues? What will take place inside vs. outside?

Answer

Welcome drinks on Friday night will take place at at a local brewery. The majority of seating and standing options will be outside (though you'll order your beer indoors). There will also be a foodtruck outside for snacks! Abbey Road Farm is a working winery, farm, bed & breakfast, and event venue; we're so excited to show it to you! For the ceremony, we'll be outside, overlooking the grapevines. Cocktail hour will be a mix of inside and outside. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors. Sunday brunch is at a local restaurant, Bistro Maison. They have a small patio with most of their seating inside.
